Return policy

This policy applies to sample product listings published on xodralinmmflix.ddd. Actual fulfillment partners may publish their own policies if transactions move to external checkout systems.

Eligibility window

Unused hardware may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery when packaging, accessories, and documentation remain intact. Software licenses that were activated are generally non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email the Reach inbox with your order identifier, reason for return, and whether you prefer refund or exchange. We respond with a return merchandise authorization when the request meets policy criteria.

Shipping costs

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, outbound return shipping is paid by the customer. Keep tracking numbers so we can match parcels to your case file.

Refunds

Approved refunds post to the original payment method within five to ten banking days after we receive and inspect the goods. Partial refunds apply if accessories are missing.

Damaged goods

Photograph outer packaging and the defect, then attach the files to your Reach message. We coordinate replacements when stock allows.
